The homestead has a wonderful indoor / outdoor flow: simply by moving from one part of the house to another you will find yourself drawn outside, again and again.

- 2 barbecue fireplaces (one under a covered stoep, one open)
- a large pergola terrace & outside dining area that seats up to 12, with two large daybeds
- smaller dining areas in the forecourt area below the lawned garden, on the kitchen stoep and on the front stoep – ideal for morning coffee and evening drinks
- 2 star decks, located above the kitchen roof and above a bedroom roof, with seating and cushions
- pool area with loungers
